2. SAMPLE & VALIDATION

5. GLOBAL DELIVERY
Consider transportation costs. Our newly designed home energy storage battery boxes (including: vertical, mobile, stacked and wall-mounted) are all modular in design and can be processed without welding. Each 40HQ can load about 500 to 800 sets, and the average transportation cost per set is about 8 to 10 US dollars, which greatly reduces transportation costs.
Since most battery boxes weigh more than 20 kilograms, they are not suitable for express delivery (generally only suitable for sending samples);
It is recommended to ship in batches by sea or rail. The transportation cost per set is about US$8 to US$10.

ENERGY STORAGE BATTERY BOX RACKS COOPERATION PROCESS
1. Communicate the needs, you provide design drawings or tell us the battery layout, such as: mobile battery box: (2 groups * 8pcs) * 280AH, 2 groups of batteries are separated by 20mm brackets for heat dissipation, etc.
2. Design the box 3D model and 2D drawings for your confirmation (design services require some design fees), and start sample manufacturing after confirmation (design fees and sample fees will be refunded after mass production reaches a certain quantity).
3. Prepare raw materials and cut them into appropriate sizes according to the drawings of each part
4. Laser cutting machine CNC bending machine processes the components of the box
5. Laser weld the gaps of the box to make the box stronger
6. After the box is welded, it is pickled and phosphated to remove rust and form an anti-oxidation layer on the surface.
Then the surface of the box is powder coated.
7. Manually check the surface of the box to ensure that there are no scratches, and use a jig to ensure that the installation holes are error-free.
Then assemble the box, lid and bracket.
